You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from HomeTribe at any time.
Your Rights
What Data We Hold
When you use HomeTribe (hometribe.online), we may store the following personal data:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Order history and transaction records
- Account login credentials (encrypted)
- Any messages or communications you’ve sent us
How to Request
Request Your Data Deletion
To delete your personal data from our systems, simply send us an email with your request. Here’s what to do:
- Send an email to privacy@hometribe.online with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
- Include the name and email address associated with your HomeTribe account
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Facebook / Meta Users
Deleting Data Connected via Facebook
If you connected your Facebook account to HomeTribe or interacted with our Facebook Page or Ads, you can also request removal of that data:
Send your deletion request to privacy@hometribe.online and mention that it is related to your Facebook/Meta connection. We will remove all associated data from our systems within 30 days.
You can also manage your Facebook data directly through Meta’s own tools at Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information.
Important Notes
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed
- Order history required for legal/tax compliance may be retained in anonymized form as required by UAE law
- You will be logged out and unable to access your account after deletion
- This action cannot be undone
